They made it so easy. I could text a person w questions and to schedule the appointment. They were able to get out here quickly. Pricing seemed reasonable compared to other vendors. And the guy did a great job. Pretty great experience.
Best carpet cleaner I have used in the city! Yuri, who delivered my carpet, patiently waited for me for 30 min to get home and then spent time helping me clear out the space in my bedroom to put the carpet in. He went above and beyond. And the carpet looks great. Thanks guys!

I had a sick cat and my carpet needed to be deep cleaned. Yuri was amazing! He made a very old, dirty pink carpet look like new! Good service. So much better than dealing with that big company. I definitely recommend!
I had no idea before calling NY Steam Clean how easy it was going to be to get my rug cleaned. They picked the same day and delivered the rug about a week later. They did a phenomenal job of cleaning the rug - all the pet stains were gone - it is like brand new again! Great value, friendly communicative customer service! I highly recommend NY Steam Clean!
It was really easy to schedule appointment. Pick up was quick during time frame given. Our rug was delivered in an amazing condition. My rug looks and smells and feels so much better. My rug was really horrible due to having dogs. Will definitely recommend this company and use again! Thank you so much 😊
